Engagement & Quotations
Quotations are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated. An engagement begins once you accept our proposal and any required deposit is received. We may decline or discontinue an engagement where legal, regulatory, or compliance concerns arise.
Fees & Payment
- Our professional fees are stated in your proposal and are separate from government and authority charges.
- Government and third-party fees are charged at cost and are payable in addition to our professional fees.
- Fees are quoted and payable in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise agreed.
- Government fees already paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable, as they are collected by third parties.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and documents, to respond promptly to our requests, and to comply with all applicable Bahraini laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to us.
No Guarantee of Government Outcomes
We act diligently on your behalf, but approvals, licences, visas, and bank accounts are granted at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities and institutions. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, approval, or timeline that depends on a third party.
Confidentiality
We treat the information you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required to deliver the engagement or by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Business Setup Bahrain or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the professional fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions, delays, or actions of government authorities or third parties.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any loss or claim arising from inaccurate information you provide or from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.
